Summer Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Brain Chase seeks people-friendly, energetic and tech-savvy individuals to help manage customer service and support during our summer online learning programs. Customer Service Managers report directly to the Operations Director. The role is scheduled only from June – August, but has potential to become full time. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to parent emails
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting parents and customers with basic technical support tasks
  • Representing the company and its values to our customers

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or other relevant field. Startup experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Must love buried treasure, exotic travel, animations, decoder rings, and doing some good in the world
