Library Challenge Riddle – Philadelphia

Brain Chase has hidden a key inside a book at a public library somewhere in the Philadelphia area. The solution to the riddle below will unlock a treasure chest holding $500 in cash and a voucher for free registration in this fall’s program. Be the first to find the key, and the cash is yours!
