Surprise! The Top 10 Resolutions this Year are No Surprise.

That about sums it up, right? For many of us, a new year provides the obvious opportunity for self-reflection, a time to renew our commitment to be better than we were last year.

TOP-10 RESOLUTIONS FOR THE LAST…PROBABLY FOREVER

So, how do we as human beings, attempt to become more awesome? According to Inc.com, the top-1o resolutions for 2017:

1. Diet or eat healthier new beginning

2. Exercise more

3. Lose weight

4. Save more and spend less–my personal favorite!

5. Learn a new skill or hobby

6. Quit smoking

7. Read more

8. Find another job

9. Drink less alcohol

10. Spend more time with family and friends

This list is no surprise, really. If you look at the top-10 lists for 2016, 2015, and all the waaaaaay back 2010, they look pretty darn familiar. I am confident a search every top-10 list from just about every year would yield the same results.

 

THIS IS YOUR YEAR BECOME MORE AWESOME
