Brain Chase and Active.com will abide by your cancellation policy and follow your lead. For example, if you offer a full refund up to 72 hours before Day 1 of camp, we will do the same. If you offer a full refund up to 24 hours after Day 1 of camp begins, that is our policy as well. If you do not allow for refunds, we will adopt that same policy. That way our revenue share stays simple and clean.
