The 2017 Brain Chase New Year’s Resolution Challenge may be coming to an end, but 2017 sure isn’t.
Congrats to all everyone who participated in our Resolution Challenge. Whether you totally finished the program or were only able to get some of it done, we thoroughly enjoyed your submissions and appreciate your hard work.
But it’s not over yet! Our program should just be the beginning of permanent life changes. Of course, you may need to scale back on your fitness minutes (but only a little, OK?), but keep up the reading, organizing, financial well-being, and everything else you did.
A recent Forbe’s post listed a few tips that are worth reading to make sure you stay on top of those goals:
- Make your goals specific.
- Measure progress.
- Be patient.
- Share goals with friends and family members.
- Schedule time for your goal.
- Doing something is better than nothing.
- Get up when you slip up.
